Terms of Use

Face Checker AI is a product of Observio Studio, operated by Serhii Viacheslavovych Zelinskyi, Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine.

By selecting the consent or acceptance control, uploading a photo, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Photos of anyone under 18 are prohibited, even if a parent or guardian would consent.

Face Checker AI provides AI-generated, speculative creative observations inspired by the visible presentation in a photo and the context selected by the user. A limited preview may be free; the full report may require a one-time payment.

The Service does not identify a person or establish facts about personality, emotions, intentions, compatibility, trustworthiness, character, or future behavior. Outputs may be inaccurate, generic, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Face Checker AI is an independent interface built on top of third-party AI models (including OpenAI).

By default you upload your own photo. You may upload a photo of another person only when that person is an adult, knows about the intended use, and has freely given you explicit permission, and only when you have the right to upload and process that photo for this purpose. By uploading, you represent that these requirements are met.

• do not upload photos of minors;
• do not upload intimate, sexual, exploitative, unlawfully obtained, or non-consensual images;
• do not scrape photos, bypass access controls, or use images in breach of platform rules;
• do not upload an image if the person has withdrawn permission.

The Service is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not scientific, professional, diagnostic, investigative, or safety advice.

• do not use outputs for employment, education, housing, credit, insurance, legal, medical, mental-health, law-enforcement, or immigration decisions;
• do not use outputs to assess whether a person is dangerous, criminal, trustworthy, deceptive, compatible, suitable, or likely to behave in a particular way;
• do not use outputs for personal safety decisions, stalking, harassment, surveillance, coercion, or discrimination;
• do not infer or act on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, politics, union membership, health, disability, sexual orientation, sex life, gender identity, or other sensitive traits.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, process, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

You remain responsible for your content, permissions, and use of the output. You must respond appropriately if the person shown asks you to stop using or delete their photo.

• do not use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harm another person;
• do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, disruption, or automated extraction that burdens the Service;
• do not circumvent limits, manipulate payment status, resell reports, or impersonate another person;
• do not present an output as verified, scientific, professional, or factual.

The price, currency, product description, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. A Face Checker full-report unlock is a one-time purchase of digital access for the specified report; it is not a subscription. Digital delivery occurs when the paid report is unlocked in the Service.

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its buyer terms. We do not store full card details.

Contact support@facechecker.app if you were charged more than once, did not receive the purchased unlock, experienced a material technical defect, or believe a payment was unauthorized. Include the account, payment date, and issue so we can investigate.

Because the full report is delivered as digital content immediately after successful payment, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a speculative AI output does not by itself guarantee a refund when access was delivered as described. Creem may process refunds or chargebacks under its own obligations and policies. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

The Service software, branding, interface, and materials other than your content belong to Observio Studio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for decisions made in reliance on an output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute informally.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Questions, refund requests, and legal notices may be sent to support@facechecker.app.
